If high constant loads are required, then the Molicel INR21700-P42A 4200mAh 30-45A Li-Ion battery is used. This high current cell can be used with a constant load of 30A or up to 45A with 80°C temperature monitoring.
Discharge current up to 70A pulse are realistic with this cell.
